To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
5-color Sliver deck. Emphasis on getting Sliver Legion out as soon as possible, via Gemhide Slivers, multicolor lands, and Homing Sliver.
UPDATE NOV 27, 205:
While this is definitely the most effective iteration of the Sliver Deck SO FAR, there is still a lot of room for improvement. Some problem areas I've noticed:
68 cards is too fat for this kind of deck. Let's streamline and eliminate some needless cards.
You might consider getting rid of spells outright for this deck. Things like Alpha Status are cute in theory, but in practice there's not much purpose in making ONLY ONE sliver stronger. It's (relatively) pricey, there's only one in the whole deck, and it throws off the synchronization.
As for things like Wild Pair, once we start getting into 6+ CMC, it begs the question of why not just get out Sliver Legion faster once you have that kind of mana.
Artifacts are alright (definitely going to keep Coalition Relic), although you might want to reconsider the borderposts (they're kind of random, and putting in another two vivid groves might be a good replacement). The one that really jumps out at me is Riptide Replicator--again, I know it fits, but I don't see that the cost justifies the ability.
Replacing the Winged Sliver with Galerider Sliver is a no-brainer...Galerider does the exact same thing and costs 1 less. In fact, I'd go ahead and just insert Galeriders in the place of your blue slivers.
If you put in the Galeriders, probably get rid of Spinneret Sliver and replace it with a fourth Gemhide.
