To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!

(-> Your Settings)

Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Please select the columns you would like to see:

Milling, big mana pools, massive token armys, mad life gain...whats not to love!

Option 1

This is the main weapon in this deck. Using the unblockable Flitterstep Eidolon or the nearly unblockable Deathcult Rogue will slice though most defences. Once you cipher it with Whispering Madness, Waste Not becomes an engine of chaos! In just the it's first casting and attack I've seen it generate huge token army's of 2/2 Zombies and fill mana pools to mythic god-like levels.

Cards:
1x Waste Not
1x Deathcult Rogue or 1x Flitterstep Eidolon
1x Whispering Madness
1x Blue Mana
1x Black Mana
2x other Mana

How You Should Play It Out:
Round 1 Play a Mana. (If you are playing a Flitterstep Eidolon play a blue first)
Round 2 Play a Mana, then play Waste Not or Flitterstep Eidolon (if you have it)
Round 3 Play a Mana, then play Deathcult Rogue or Waste Not (if you played Flitterstep Eidolon last round)
Round 4 Play a Mana, then play Whispering Madness, then Attack!

Option 2

This is the super sneaky back door way to play. You entice people into not attacking you by offering them free extra cards. Then you drop some nasty Fate Unraveler (aka mini-megrims) into play that make them pay for the cards in life and because your not upping their hand size they will have to discard more cards thus quietly feeding your Waste Not. Use this with some of the toys in option 1 to sneak your way to victory.

2x Dictate of Kruphix
1x Fate Unraveler
1x Waste Not
1x Blue Mana
1x Black Mana
2x other Mana

How You Should Play It Out:
Round 1 Play a Mana.
Round 2 Play a Mana, then play Waste Not
Round 3 Play a Mana, then play Dictate of Kruphix
Round 4 Play a Mana, then play Dictate of Kruphix
Round 5 Play a Mana, then play Fate Unraveler

Utility Cards:
Diabolic Tutor - Need a card to set something up just go get it.
Dictate of Kruphix - Use it to pump up peoples hands so that when Whispering Madness happens they are nice and fat for Waste Not.
Profane Memento - Turn all those cards you mill into life!
Fate Unraveler - Turn all those cards you mill into death!
Duskmantle Guildmage - Turn all those cards you mill into death..again!
Phenax, God of Deception - Turn a token army in to mills of epic proportions.
Kruphix, God of Horizons - (REQUIRES a Chromatic Lantern in play) Save all that ill-gotten mana for something nasty like...
Mind Grind - Watch everyone's head explode at once.
Midnight Recovery - Accidentally mill your God cards? Somebody destroy your Fate Unraveler? No worries. Pop this on a rogue a poof problem solved.
Psychic Spiral - Milled out your own deck along the way? Some a-hole bring a 200 card deck to the game? No worries, just mill them till it hurts then start over.
Pull from the Deep - Need that Whispering Madness back so you can do it again? Done!
