Deck in Progress, my friend wants a deck in Blue and Green and I'm playing around with cards for it. Comments appreciated but not expected. :)

*Edit:
Wow. Lots of views already...guess I better offer more commentary than just "I made it for my friend". Basically, strategy is to get Kiora out and guard her until you get her emblem and start dropping Krakens while simultaneously ramping up to release the Stormtide Leviathan. Or stomp on things with Primeval Titan if you feel like it. Whatever you want. He doesn't mind being "that guy" so there's a set of annoying blue permission spells here to help protect Kiora until you can release the krakens. Sideboard swaps in to deal with fliers, problem artifacts, and give more countering options.

My friend probably won't play this deck as is though, cause it's pricy and he'll be building it over time. Budget substitutions range from Elvish Mystics and the like for mana gain (possibly a Market Festival or two, maybe a Frontier Siege), and some Voyaging Satyrs, Arbor Elfs, and Coiling Oracles to get land faster. Some Divinations for card advantage? I don't know, we'll see what we can find on the common/uncommon table at the shop. The only rares you kind-of have to buy are Kiora and Stormtide Leviathan which should come in under $15 since we already luck drew a Kiora. Once we have his budget version together I'll update with our substitutions in the maybe board.
