Strategy:
This is a burn and control deck, so basically there are two things to do:

  1. Control your opponent with counterspells, bounces, and kill creatures with direct damage
  2. Burn your opponent with direct damage spells
    Due to the high synergy between creatures and spells, it is possible to do both at the same time

Please Note:
This is a deck I am actually playing so it is not optimized in any way. (of course you can switch the shock spell to a lightning bolt and the flames of firebrand to lightning strikes, but I got those cards by my hand and it also does very well)

Detail:
To control your opponent you got an asortment of counterspells. Dissolve let you scry to get right cards, memory lapse slows down your opponent and negate is a cheap noncreature-counter (I got more trouble with spells than with creatures)
Boomerang is a bounce you can use on any permanent while voyage's end let you scry.
To burn your opponent there are 4 shocks (lightning bolt) and 2 flames of the firebrand. I got more burn spells in my sideboard but at the moment I am fine with that. It is not enough to burn your opponent completely but I almost use this cards to prevent me from small creatures and do the direct damage with the synergy of my creatures.
For defense, there is think twice and quicksilver dagger to get the right cards faster and anger of the gods to clear the field from small creatures or token armys.

Creatures:
Guttersnipe is my favourite in here and the main source to burn your opponent. It deals 2 damage to each opponent whenever you cast an instant or socery spell. With 25 spells and 4 flash back each guttersnipe has the potential to deal 58 damage.
Gelectrode is a 0/1 for 3 mana which is really really bad but it also saved my life more than once. With a tap you can deal 1 damage, and whenever you cast a instant or socery spell you may untap it. This in combination with the direkt burn spells help me to kill the most creatures. Example. Gelectrode + Flames of the Firebrand = 5 Damage that you can deal to any numbers of creatures/players. (You can kill a 3/2 and a 3/3 OR a 5/1 and a 4/2 and a 1/1 and a 0/1 OR ...). You can also combine this with the quicksilver dagger to draw lots of cards.
Talrand as midrange creature summons a 2/2 drake token with flying each time you cast a instant/sorcery spell. This help in defense and offensive way.
Charmbreaker Devils is the most expensive card in this deck (6 mana). It returns a random instant/socery spell from your graveyard to your hand each upkeep. So your combos with the other creatures never end.
