To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
So it's Maze's End. It's not exactly the most competitive deck. Or even close. I'm not sure if it can even Win but it's a thing.
So the idea is it's a control deck that ramps into the Gates. It mostly uses green to ramp and blue to counter. I know right? Best innovation 2015 right here. To be honest I think the thing I'm more proud of is the sideboard. There are a lot of 1 drop artifacts that counter major decks, and all are fetchable with the 3-4 Trinket Mages. Elbrus gives an alternate win con if whilst ramping they take out a gate, and the Crucible lets you pull even that back.
Its main flaw? It's slow. There's just no two ways around that. But with a lot of counter (up to 1 in 6 cards) and the disruption artifacts I think it could hold its own until you go off. By no means an easy feat but not totally implausible.
