How to win at 1st turn:

Step 1: Get 4 mana and cast Balustrade Spy or Undercity Informer, thus milling your entire library.
Step 2: 4 Narcomoeba will be put on the battlefield. Flashback Dread Return by sacrificing three Narcomoeba.
Step 3: Target Angel of Glory's Rise to get Azami, Lady of Scrolls and Laboratory Maniac onto the battlefield.
Step 4: Tap one of them and win.

You might need to counter cards such as Leyline of the Void, Rest in Peace or Deathrite Shaman.
If that is the case, take out all Undercity Informer, Balustrade Spy, Dread Return, Narcomoeba, Laboratory Maniac and bring in the Goblin Charbelcher, Lion's Eye Diamond, Grim Monolith, Tinder Wall and Spoils of the Vault. Since you have no lands, Charbelcher does 50ish damage to your opponent without relying on the graveyard.

Note 1: Hermit Druid would be perfect instead of Undercity Informer as it costs less and you can look for him with Summoner's Pact. But it's banned in Legacy.
Note 2: you may consider Bridge from Below and Underworld Cerberus instead of Angel of Glory's Rise and Azami, Lady of Scrolls. When you're playing the combo and have got the 4 Narcomoeba on the battlefield, sacrifice three creatures to flashback Dread Return targeting Underworld Cerberus. Note that sacrified creatures will be exchanged with Zombie tokens because of Bridge from Below. Now flashback Cabal Therapy against your opponent to make sure he won't use dangerous cards... but keep one Cabal Therapy to sacrifice Underworld Cerberus, thus returning all creature cards to your hand. Now use the cards you have to get 3 mana and cast Laboratory Maniac. Cycle a Street Wraith and win.
