To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
This deck probably looks pretty confusing, but the idea of it, is to dredge until you have 3 creatures like Narcombia on the battlefield, and Balustrade Spy with Dread Return in your graveyard. Then, you sacrifice your 3 creatures and return Balustrade Spy to play and target yourself with the ability, milling yourself out. From there you sacrifice 3 creatures that have just been put into play to Dread Return, and return Flayer of the Hatebound. To end the game, you sacrifice another 3 creatures to Dread Return Golgari Grave-Troll, and because of Flayer of the Hatebound's ability you shoot your opponents for about 40 damage. To survive until you get to that point, you can use Cabal Therapy for hand disruption (preferably after a Gitaxian Probe). Phantasmagorian is an unplayable creature, but it is a key card in starting the dredging process. On your discard step, turn 1, you can discard it and discard 3 cards to it, and still retain priority, to do it again. After turn 1 you can have 6 cards in your graveyard, some of which can dredge to set up the combo. Street Wraith and Gitaxian Probe can help you cycle through your deck, to get any necessary cards. With this deck, you should always go second, so you can draw to discard a dredge turn 2. I am open to any suggestions on how to improve this deck.
