-1 Submerge
+1 Pyrostatic Pillar
+1 Surgical Extraction
I came to the conclusion that I did not want to bring Null Rod against Miracles. They are certainly capable of winning without Top and completely ignoring Null Rod, so it's already not very consistent. On top of that, the same thing that applies for creatures out of Storm sideboards applies here: They are very likely to bring in some form of removal (Wear//Tear or Disenchant, in this case), so it's usually better to just blank their removal.
The only other deck I wanted Null Rod against was Storm, and I figured Pyrostatic Pillar was the more effective card in the matchup. That slot could also be Eidolon of the Great Revel (I am not sure about the manacost vs. the potential extra damage) or it might not be necessary at all.
I went down to one Submerge because the green Delver matchups are already great, Shardless also appears to be a good matchup and the way my boarding plans worked out, I had enough cards to cover those matchups. Therefore I decided to run an extra card for combo matchups. This is more relevant on Magic Online, where graveyard strategies like Dredge and BR Reanimator are considerably more common.
Looking forward, I am not super happy with the Eldrazi matchup. I might cut the remaining Submerge for a second Dismember or a copy of Roast. I have yet to play against Death & Taxes, so I don't know how that matchup works out; it might require one or two sideboard slots.
Rough // Tumble is very much hit or miss, and although I have faced several tribal decks already, I have won them all without ever drawing the one copy. I am not sure if I got lucky there and I should play the second copy if I expect to face those decks or if even the one copy I have is excessive.
