First build ever. I see this place is full of questions with few answers but there is no harm in asking!

As a note I am trying to keep cost down so that is the reason for Cancel over Counterspell.

I will probably get Thassa to throw in for the free scry every turn.

I made a couple changes.

Elixir of Immortality in place of Reminisce and Volrath's Curse in place of Claustrophobia.

If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it :)
