I would use Thoughtseize instead of Duress, especially since life isn't an issue for your deck.

Also, have you considered changing the Genesis Chamber for Lingering Souls?
The effect on the long term might not be as fun, but it crowds your battlefield faster, and gives you more life out of the sisters...

Yeah, it's Duress for budget reasons. I'm constantly switching cards at the moment.
Lingering Souls is a great idea. Although I don't want to be on the token train, maybe some fliers would do wonders.

Okay, just streamlined the deck a bit to abuse it's triggers more. Serra Ascendant get cut completely, putting me more on the Norin + Purphoros plan.
