Preeminent Captain

After some testing ive noticed devotion for Iroas is really easy so I added an iroas and cut an elspeth. 

Im still on the fence about using dictate of heliod or Obelisk of urd. Up side to dictate is it has flash and adds to devotion.  Up side to Obelisk is convoke and there isnt much artifact removal.
