WIP T2 Silver Black Blue Green Ana / Sultai

Variation from a 5 color Sliver deck I've been playing with just keeping the Black + Blue + Green
 
Setting aside Red and White losing double strike, indestructible, Domri draw and reduced the over all number of Slivers from 30 to 20

Added Draw with Control Spells: 3 Soul Ransom, 4 Pilfered Plans

Added Creature Removal Spells: 4 Devour Flesh, 3 Far // Away 3 Putrefy
