Azorious Taxes

Basic Death and taxes list with some blue added in for additional taxes.  Use arbiter with Ghost Quarter and Path to Exile to disrupt the opponent and their fetches.  Aether vial with most cards in the deck, Thalia to slow them down, and Geist as main beat stick.  Hibernation in the side due to an uptick of elf and Anafenza decks.  Really the deck lays out like many mid-range decks, slow the enemy down and beat them while they are on their heals.  At times the deck will completely lock out opponent's although you are only trying for a quick soft-lock while you steal the game.
