Why the breeding pool? I would just put in the 4th watery grave. I would trade the 4 verdents for 4 polluted deltas. Have you thought about switching the Bobs for serum Visions? I like the deck. I have wanted to build something like this so i am always excited to see posts like this.

The Breeding Pool is for searching it with the fechlands, it has not other purpose :P

Also, the Verdert Catacombs and the Misty Rainforest work like the Polluted Deltas, but I needed to put one more mana resource color to make the Hedron Crabs landfall work as it should.

I played a UB Mill deck in the practice room and lost with Bogles. It was pretty quick at milling. I think it played Breaking // Entering and didn't play Tome Scour. I also think you might have too high a ratio of value cards (eg. Dark Confidant) to milling cards, but can't be sure. Playtesting should resolve that for you.
