I'm rubber and you're glue, bounces off me and sticks to you.

Stuffy Doll and Boros Reckoner reflect some target burn in the form of Lightning Bolt, Lightning Strike and Harvest Pyre. Pit fight to target big creatures and Guttersnipe for additional burn. Krenko's Command and Dragon Fodder for early bodies to block and help Blasphemous Act come out sooner. Pariah's Shield make their burn ineffective. From what I've seen this deck a relatively unique one.

One suggestion is to add Young Pyromancer because he synergises with quite a few of your spells. Also if you can I would add Clifftop Retreat to get white mana easier and replace lightning strike with lightning helix. And like Hervedgse said, boros charm is a great addition. Also something like Dragon's Claw would be a good idea for your sideboard.
