U/R Self-Mill, Copy, & Burn - Comments/Help?

Any comments and feedback on this deck would be amazing, I would really love for it to turn out right and play in a fun way.  The main mechanic of the deck is based in instants and sorceries.  Playing Faithless Looting early on should help get Guttersnipe into play.  Izzet Charm, Lightning Bolt, and Desperate Ravings, among other cards will come next.  Get your Melek, Izzet Paragon into play and end the game with Bonfire of the Damned.

I want this deck to maybe self-mill a bit more than it does now just by discarding cards.  I like Ral Zarek and Dack Fayden in this deck so I do not want them removed really.  Epic Experiment could probably go, but is Thought Scour really the only good option?
