So the idea behind General is pretty much the same as commander, except for 2 things
Your commander must be a non-legendary creature, but it will be treated as a legendary a creature.
Your deck cannot contain any legendary creatures.

Banned list so far:
Everything banned in Commander
All legendary creatures
serra ascendant

What do you peeps think? I know it sounds stupid, but it also sounds fun. Etherium-Horn Sorcerer would be fun.
