Destructors Construction

Olivia Voldaren as the Commander of this red/black deck. Something that was kind of quickly put together, high mana cost creatures, a couple planeswalkers, lots of artifacts, and hopes that the enchantments and Sorceries would have decent synergies within the deck. Otherwise this could be a catastrophic nightmare of good cards thrown together with no strategic planning. Any suggestions are more than welcome, this was also put together with cards on hand without waiting or being able to aquire ones that would work better with the deck.

Olivia's main power is that she can turn other creatures into vampires and that she can take control of those vampires. Why not use her second effect as the sole meaning behind the deck. Why not call it; "Royal Persuasion"? You could use cards that steal creatures then play bloodflow connoisseur to remove those creatures once they've swung at your opponent. I've always believed that a good commander deck epitomizes the powers of the legendary creature. For this deck i'll ask for you to try and make the base of the deck primarily cards from the innistrad block since  vampires clearly had the strongest influence in that set. Use the black and red creatures/sorcery/instants/enchantment cards that STEAL creatures and health and SACRIFICE their creatures to deal damage, force them to discard and control the board state. Innistrad will be your greatest strength as far as deck builds go. The vampire families and black/red destruction spells are what will make this deck cohesive and dangerous. What are your thoughts on this?
