Hello,

Here are my ideas:

Cabal coffers
Massacre Wurm
Command Beacon / Gauntlet of Power (maybe out of budget)
Bojuka Bog / Leyline of the Void / Nihil Spellbomb / Relic of Progenitus with Oblivion Sower
Strip Mine (banned?)
Solemn Simulacrum
Black Sun's Zenith with Necroskitter ?
Worn Powerstone / Thran Dynamo / Gilded Lotus
Snuff Out
Thief of blood (planeswalker? :O)
Victimize if you often have fatties in your graveyard
Sidisi, Undead Vizier if you have some creatures to sac.

Cranial Plating if you have lots of artifacts:
   Springleaf Drum
   Thousand-year elixir
   Clock of Omens + Silverskin Armor ( :D )
   ... Many others
 
I would cut: Planar Portal , Intimidation, Aether Snap,Silence the believers, maybe some removals because you have a lot of them, make a selection.
