I'd take out dash hopes if you don't like it too much. I've found that it never does what you want it to do when you want it too. I'd also run some manlands since your weak to top deck removal. Maybe a lashwrithe or two for your man lands if you run them. Also you'll want some mutilate or something for aggro.

If you want to compete at fnm, I'd change it to a budget 8 rack, running blackmail, raven's crime and necrogen mists instead of lily and thoughtseize. Or budget mono black infect
