Nicol Bolas Says No;

Nicol Bolas deck with some control and spot removal.  The Gnat Misers, Locust Misers and Howling Mines work together to do some indirect milling and opponent's hand control while the countering spells keep the opponent's battlefield in check.
This is a deck in progress.

Amazing suggestions.  At first glance, Psychic Strike is perfect as is Pilfered Plans.
