Human Outlast/Inspired

I plan to use this in a Standard Tournament in January and would like some criticism on it. Any suggestions are welcome!

It's just too slow man I have tried a similar build and it can't win against the current main stream decks. For arguments sake you could speed it up a bit with Phalanx Leaders, but it still won't cut it. Sorry.
