To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
For Penny Dreadful Format (MTGO)
I always wanted to find an opportunity to play Samurai competitively and with Penny Dreadful it's very doable.
I think this is close to as good as Samurai can be. Travel Preparations and Appeal/ Authority are really strong in this format. I think Isao is the only Samurai outside white worth playing (That and maybe Ronin Houndmaster, but it's not in this format oddly.)
Sideboard might need some work and I'm going to play more games before I decide if Konda's Hatamoto is worth playing. (If not, I'll play 1 copy more of each legendary.)
Also debating another Spear of Heliod, it's just dead in multiples (Plus I think travel preparations might be better anyways.)
Green splash is more or less free, since I'm doing nothing on turn 1, I can just fix mana.
Other cards I have considered or am considering:
Wax/Wane
Prepare/Fight
Gather Courage
Might of Oaks
Make a Stand
Unflinching Courage
Harm's Way
Sigil Blessing
Silkwrap
Acolyte's Reward
Devouring Light
Engineered Might
Selesnya Sanctuary
Collective Effort
Oust
Charge Across the Araba
Faith's Shield
Glare of Heresy
Eerie Interlude
Angelic Purge
