To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Idea is to utilize Nest of Scarabs and the various creatures/abilities that place -1/-1 counters. Hapatra, Vizier of Potions not only can create -1/-1 counters on her own, but also creates useful 1/1 Deathtouch Snake tokens whenever you create such counters during your turn. Black creatures that gain wither, via Corrosive Mentor, can really begin spreading -1/-1 counters and, using Grim Affliction, you can double those counters on everything at instant speed and create more scarabs ready for attack on your turn.
Other key strategy is the discard/cycle abilities that feed into the -1/-1 theme above. Key to the City allows discard + the ability to create unblockable attackers (good for any creature, but especially Hapatra) and discard a card, plus the ability to draw a card when you untap it. Noose Constrictor also helps with discards. Ruthless Sniper is low cost, and their ability can easily begin spreading counters when you discard or cycle. The big hitters are Bontu the Glorified, who gives you the ability to sacrifice your scarabs and both hurt the opponent and gain life, and Archfiend of Ifnir, who will devastate opponent creatures (and produce scarabs) with discards. Necroskitter adds insult to injury, sending creatures destroyed by the onslaught of -1/-1 counters to fight for your side.
Lands utilize Grasping Dunes, to allow for additional placement of -1/-1 counters, Blooming Marsh, a great play up to turn three and a good play after that, and Llanowar Wastes, because losing life in this deck isn't a huge concern.

Obviously not optimized for the full extent of Modern- just something I tinkered with because I had access to a lot of Amonkhet cards.
