A really interesting new commander that may be a sleeper for competitive EDH. I have built Xantcha, Sleeper Agent as a combo deck to win on turn 4 or 5 (if we are really lucky turn 3).

The main way is to use her activated ability, which is a mana sink for infinite mana, to kill an opponent outright.

Therefore we have 4 simple ways of getting infinite mana:
1) Worldgorger Gorgon (in graveyard) + Animate Dead / Dance of the Dead / Necromancy
2) Rings of Brighthearth + Basalt Monolith
3) Rings of Brighthearth + Cabal Coffers + Deserted Temple
4) Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Workhorse

Therefore we fill our deck with explosive ramp, card draw, filtering and tutors.

Since we are playing tutors, buried alive and reanimate cards anyway, we can include other combos that kills opponents:
1) Necrotic Ooze + Triskelion + Phyrexian Devourer
2) Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion + Carrion Feeder / Viscera Seer / Dimir House Guard
3) Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Murderous Redcap + Carrion Feeder / Viscera Seer / Dimir House Guard

Note: For Worldgorger Dragon Combo, we require another creature to be in the graveyard to end the loop. Therefore, I have used creature based sacrifice outlets that can sacrificed itself too if required.
