To infinity and beyond - Naru Meha, Master Wizard EDH (EDH / Commander)

This deck aims to win by generating infinite mana and draw to either win with Laboratory Maniac, mill all opponents with Blue Sun's Zenith, or kill all opponents with Aetherflux Reservoir.

The most important part of this is the following infinite loop:

1. Cast a Flicker spell (Displace/Essence Flux/Ghostly Flicker/Illusionist's Stratagem/Release to the Wind) targeting whatever.
2. Cast or flicker Naru Meha, Master Wizard, targeting the Flicker spell.
3. Use the copy to flicker Naru Meha, Master Wizard, which brings you back to step 2.

Depending on your board and the flicker used, you may or may not be able to flicker additional permanents or draw cards, which allows you to do the following:
->Azami, Lady of Scrolls = Infinite draw by tapping Naru Meha between step 2 and 3
->Any Land with Ghostly Flicker = Infinite mana
->Archaeomancer/Mnemonic Wall with creature Flicker = Infinite spell recursion
->Cloud of Faeries/Palinchron/Peregrine Drake with creature Flicker = Infinite mana
->Mulldrifter with creature Flicker = Infinite draw
->Venser, Shaper Savant with creature Flicker = Infinite bounce, also for spells
->Aetherflux Reservoir with Release to the Wind = Infinite life and damage

Besides Naru Meha, the Deck can also generate infinite mana with Deadeye Navigator + Cloud of Faeries/Palinchron/Peregrine Drake, Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal or Palinchron + High Tide/Extraplanar Lens/Caged Sun.

Deadeye Navigator (Or Essence Flux + Isochron Scepter) + Archaeomancer/Mnemonic Wall + Time Warp gives infinite turns.

Most of the expensive cards in the deck (Grim Monolith/Mystic Confluence/Dream Halls) can be easily replaced with slightly weaker budget options, which makes this a pretty competitive deck for a relatively low cost.
