This deck is a self-mill voltron deck, it wins games by dealing 21 or more commander damages with a fully pumped Kathril.
In the first turns you should try to ramp and get some mill going, as soon as there are at least 8 keywords in the graveyard you should look into a window of opportunity to cast Kathril.
Double strike is necessary to win, but to better the odds some form of protection (like hexproof and indestructible) is appreciated.
Sometimes you won't be able to cast Kathril, or maybe you'll struggle to mill the right keywords, in those you could either opt to cast or reanimate some of the medium-sized creatures and try to generate enought value to get a win (Odric, Lunarch Marshal can help in this case).
There are a couple of ways to use the self-mill aspect of the deck to generate value, be it by playing lands from the graveyard (with the likes of Crucible of Worlds) or by using the reanimation spells with flashback.
Instances of "Hexproof from X" gives Kathril a number of counters, to be precise one for each different instance.
Remember that kathril can be removed in responce to her enter the battlefield triggher (after you've declared the targets of the ability), so if you fear a removal spell you could put the keyword counters on different creatures.
