Rhys the Redeemed Gideon Tokens (EDH / Commander)

Because I hate making decks without a fundamentally flawed base I decided to make a Rhys the Redeemed deck to spam out Gideons. So the combo here is to turn a Gideon planeswalker into a creature during your pre-combat main phase, and then equip him with Helm of the Host. This gets you a non-legendary copy of the Gideon that enters as a planeswalker instead of a creature. Then post-combat you turn the Gideon token into a creature and use Rhys' second ability to copy that token. I'm honestly not really sure how you win in any reasonable amount of time with this combo, but you do get a bunch of Gideon tokens. Unfortunately this ends up creating a deck that has inherent anti-synergy. To get Helm of the Host you want to run artifact/equipment tutor effects. This leads to running more equipment that just Helm of the Host. Unfortunately equipment is really bad with Gideons since all equipment drops off them at end of turn when they turn back into planeswalkers, and you have a commander that wants to go wide while equipment is suited to going tall.
