Outdated description:
Some kind of "poor mans Temur Reclamation" for Budget and with sorcery-speed spells, despite your Key Card being flashable.
Obvious strategy. Ramp up, flash dictate of karametra in when your opponent passes and burn him to death with a single burn spell.
Untapping lands and ramping via arbor elf, voyaging satyr and Blossom Dryad.

Here are your "outs" if you dont have 1 or more Dictate of Karametra and Clan Defiance / Devil's Play for the Kill:

  • Nylea's Intervention: Early to ensure Land drops, later to thin out your library and grab your remaining cycle lands and/or temples to draw / scry for what you need
  • Escape to the Wilds: Ramp even more, find your burn spells, find dictate or Rude Awakening. Dont hesitate tocast Devil's Play for X=0 or some low cmc amount, to make sure it enters the graveyard if you want to spend your mana otherwise. You might even finish your enemy after casting escape, if you manage to untap all lands with Rude Awakening and keep the train going with another Dictate of Karametra.
  • If everything fails: Since your opponent know's you are relying on "that one burn spell", he probably has most if not all of his creatures untapped all the time. So paying the entwine cost for Rude Awakening and finishing off with your Lands is a real possibility, especially if you killed some/most of his creatures with your X-Spells if you were in a pinch or didnt had the possibility to save them up for that lethal blow

After some serious test sessions, i have to say that it works really well, kills consistantly in Turn 6, sometimes turn 5, Nut draw turn 4. In such a deck, clan defiance is more than a junk rare, its a guaranteed 2 for 1, if you count face-damage as "1", in multiplayersessions often enough a 3 for 1. Had several opponents screaming "overpowered card" already.
Of course, this deck shouldnt be played in FFA environment, but other than that, you are good to go. Even against control i managed to win some games.

Unbound flourishing is no necessity. Just run 4 Devil's Play and Nylea's Intervention, or 4 Dryads... Its fun, but to expensive to get for a budget deck. Should be 25 Dollars without it. In praxis though, it functions as another win con all by its own (drop 2 flourishing thanks to arbor elve with subsequent land drop and X spells can win easily without dictate)
