Game plan tries to win through Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal into spell loops (namely Beast Within/ Reality Shift), Infinite Bird tokens (through repeat Swan Song (must noxious revival a card back into library so you don't deck on upkeep)) or Oracle/Jace with no library + draw. Thassa's Oracle/ JWoM can also be played as its own independent combo with Demonic Consultation.

It is important to be mana rock/ dork focused to be able to meet the Iso/Rev 3mana restriction. Being heavy on 1cmc mana dorks makes neoform into Thassa more consistent as well.

Depending on meta, could swap to a more creature heavy/ land based ramp Palinchron + Phantasmal Image build. Adding a reanimation package would be worthwhile if going for the creature heavy combo's, and would also consider swapping (or just a adding) Laboratory Maniac (easy recursion with reanimate package).

I am unsure how to balance/ prioritize the number of counterspells, mana rocks/dorks, card draw, and land count.

My primary meta is Consultation Kess, Chain Veil Teferi, Alesha Stax (and to a lesser extent Brago Stax, Azusa, Grenzo).
