How it wins:
With Slimefoot on the battlefield, get 10 saprolings out and give Slimefoot infect, then use a sacrifice outlet to kill the saprolings and, with them, your foes.
Even if you can get 3 Infect counters on your opponents, this will trigger any corrupted abilities on your spells.
Combos:
Cadaverous Bloom and Well of Knowledge will allow you to find any combo pieces you might need
Infinite Combos:
Create a saproling with Jade Mage, attach Skullclamp to the token which kills it, drawing you two cards and having Slimefoot, the Stowaway deal 1 damage to all opponents. Then discard the two cards drawn to Cadaverous Bloom, using the 4 mana to repeat the process as many times as needed.
With Slimefoot and Parallel Lives out, create a Saproling token (which will then be two tokens) and sacrifice both to Ashnod’s Altar for 4 mana to repeat the process, each time pinging your opponents for 1.
