Multiplayer Flicker deck using the amazing mechanic supported by the last MH1.

Many options to dig through your library by Watcher for Tomorrow, Ice-Fang Coatl and Charming Prince. Just search for control giving cards like Path to Exile (or Settle the Wreckage) Dovin's Veto and Disenchant to control what is allowed to be in game, and what is not.
flickering Archaeomancer takes back your spells
Panharmonicon gives a huge boost by doubling the ETB's.
Vesperlark take your small creatures back from the grave
Trostani's Summoner? - flicker it several times and look at your opponents faces, try not to smile ;)
Brago, King Eternal is just another option to escalate this decks base mechanic, and is a good goat that catches removal (better him than Soulherder, huh?!)

But watch out about your summoning sickness

Finish the game with an loop of 2 Felidar Guardian that pumps an Soulherder to an planetary grown monster and let it smash your opponent unblocked (thanks to Distortion Strike)

It's budget and should stay as this
