W/G Angel Ramp (Standard)

Testing:
In 100 opening hands, approx. 50% were playable and led to on curve board state up to the 4th turn in which the curve ends and the board can be further developed according to opponent board state. With no use of mulligan in testing, the likelihood of a playable hand which produces a winning board state jumps to approx. 90% in the 50% of cases where the hand is unplayable.

Being that cards do not have a perfectly random distribution after shuffle, instead having a tendency towards grouping, the percent of playable hands is probably higher than 50% in paper format.

Considering removing Resplendent Angel in favor of Steel Leaf Champion. This move would need extensive testing but would reduce the cost of the deck. However, the three (specifically) green mana needed to routinely fulfill this change may require other cuts. The benefit to cost is acceptable.

Sided the 4 Jadelight Rangers for Lands for consistency. May do 2 & 2 or keep 4 & 0. Needs more testing
