Titania, Protector of Argoth (EDH / Commander)

Titania, Protector of Argoth represents my mono-green deck for EDH. I have been tweaking this deck back into focus and I like where I am at right now. Here is what I have got.

RAMP:
Azusa, Lost but Seeking, Oracle of Mul Daya, Exploration, Wayward Swordtooth, Gaea’s Touch; play additional lands
Lotus cobra - play a land, get mana
Harrow, Crop Rotation - Spell land ramp
Birds of Paradise, Llanowar Elves, Elvish Mystic, Fyndhorn Elves, Joraga Treespeaker, Elvish Archdruid - Creature ramp
Sol ring - Mana rocks

DRAW:
Elemental Bond - Big creatures enter battlefield, draw a card
Rishkar's Expertise, Harmonize - Spell Draw
Greater Good - Enchantment Draw
Momentous Fall, Life’s Legacy – Sacrifice a creature, draw some cards
REMOVAL:
The Great Aurora - Mass 'removal'
Song of the Dryads, Beast Within - Permanent removal
Nature’s Claim, Unravel the Aether, Reclamation Sage, Krosan grip - Artifact and enchantment removal
Acidic slime and Terastodon - selective removal
RECURSION:
Splendid Reclamation - bring back all your lands
Regrowth, Eternal Witness - bring any card back to hand
Crucible of Worlds, Ranumap Excavator - land to play
Life from the Loam - lands to hand
Gaea's Blessing - any three cards to library (can hit opponents too)

LAND SACRIFICE:
Sylvan Safekeeper - Sac to protect
Zuran Orb - Sac to gain life
Constant Mists and Sunstone - Sac to fog

LANDFALL:
Avenger of Zendikar - make a lot of little creatures which can be boosted with landfall
Tireless Tracker – Clue tokens to help draw.

UTILITY:
Chord of Calling, Green Sun's Zenith - Creature tutor
Genesis Wave – Green mana dump
Conjurer’s Closet – Blink Titania or other creatures for more value
Woodland Bellower - Go get Ranumap Excavator
Concordant Crossroads - make an army and drop this to attack
Natural Affinity - With Titania in play, this can be used in response to a board wipe, leaving you with 5/3s equal to the number of lands you lost
Scroll Rack – With all the shuffle effects, this seems good.

LANDS:
Evolving Wilds, Terramorphic Expanse, Blighted Woodland, Myriad Landscape, Wooded Foothills, Windswept Heath, Misty Rainforest, Verdant Catacombs - the fetch lands
Strip Mine - Destroy my lands to make elementals, destroy opponents lands if i need to
Glacial Chasm - Stops all attacks until you find what you need
Command Beacon - Can keep Titania affordable
Gaea's Cradle - Mana,mana, mana
Snow-Covered Forests - 25

And there you have it. Most of the landfall abilities in green, give an until the end of turn boost. That is just not what I am wanting. Zendikar's Roil and Sporemound give me tokens but I don't know what to do with them. Please shoot me ideas of where I can go with this. Thanks.

Would like to find a place for Nylea, God of the Hunt and Bow of Nylea as well.
