This is a midrange budget Dragon deck born around Bladewing's Thrall.

The initial strategy was to cast Scourge of Nel Toth from the graveyard as well as Bladewing's Thrall.
There are several ways to achieve this goal: Lightning Axe, Faithless looting, Insolent Neonate and Buried alive.
In a similar manner, Boneyard Scourge can be cast from the graveyard when another dragon dies.
Lightning Axe is also useful for creature removal. Tormenting voice improve drawing, while Insolent Neonate can feed Scourge of Nel Toth, too.

Dragon Egg was chosen because it creates a token when it dies (for instance sacrified to cast Scourge of Nel Toth).

Then, Thunderbreak Regent helps in defending dragons, while Reassembling Skeleton is a useful creature that can be cast from the graveyard at will.

Finally, Avaricious Dragon improves your drawing and helps in sending cards into the graveyard, while Dragon Tempest gives haste to flying creatures and it deals damage when dragons come into play.

Sinergies:
Sacrify Dragon Egg and Bladewing's Thrall to cast Boneyard Scourge. Then, Bladewing's Thrall comes back into play and a dragon token is created.
If Dragon Tempest is in play, both Scourge of Nel Toth and the dragon token triggers Dragon Tempest.
