Straightforward infect deck. Play evasion creatures, hit their face, and buff them to kill at 10 damage. Sideboard in Dispel against decks with heavy removal, Gut Shot for some removal yourself, Nature's Claim and Relic of Progenitus where needed, and Rot Wolf for slower matchups where you need to grind board state to win.

EDIT NOTES: Previous version of this had it as a sultai list with Rouse and Plague Stinger. I played it quite a bit and found the manabase to be awful - 3 color pauper manabase on such a low curve deck just really wasn't working. I think this deck gained the least from black, so we cut black for Ponder and Ichorclaw Myr. Ponder is not fast but makes the deck more consistent, and due to it cut a land for a llanowar augur. Sideboard has also been changed up to feature no black and more useful spells that can actually be used.
