Control to bounce opponent creatures (or your own to save them from death/control).
Way too many cards because my main dueling buddy discovered mill decks in 2008 and never moved on with his life.
There are some obvious expendables (e.g. Karn's Temporal Sundering, Nissa, Vital Force) but I wouldn't consider Ghalta, Primal Hunger among them. He's often easy to get out for little mana (esp with Song of Freyalise) and make a 13/13 unblockable (thanks to Herald of Secret Streams + any of the 1/1 counter mechanisms) and win outright.
Strength of the Pack + Herald of Secret Streams will make everything instantly unblockable.
Hour of Eternity is so-so insurance. If someone board-wipes, your 1/1 unblockables will come back as 4/4 unblockables, plus latent buffs from any resurrected Merfolk Mistbinder. Really, it's there to ensure you can get back a Herald of Secret Streams if they're all getting demolished by control.
Weak against heavy creature control decks (like everything else in Standard right now).
