Ephesians 6:11
This deck is a journey into the realm of Selesnyan Enchantress Voltron. She defends all those who believe in the righteous power of love and order. Obliterate and overwhelm all who oppose the might of Justice.
I chose Sigarda, Host of Herons after playing a multitude of Aristocrat decks, and fearing the dreaded edict effect (Gravepact, Dictate of Erebos, etc.) Her evasion in the form of flight trumps most decks - and her sacrifice passive honestly comes in clutch waaaaay more often than you could know. In a less sac heavy meta one might consider Uril, the Miststalker for some quicker 21+ damage, but the protection is worth the extra enchants you might have to drop.
Others might also consider an artifact build, but I believe that artifacts are for cowards. I enjoy the enchantress rig, and the constant flow of cards and umbras makes the enchantress Voltron feel well-rounded and fun. One enchantment cantrips into 2-3 cards, and with 34 enchantments in the deck - one of those cards is usually another enchantment. With mana-doublers out, these low-cost auras pile up until Sigarda is a nigh-unstoppable force, capable of cheesing even the wall-tribal deck.
Some cards in the deck are in here just because I have them (Burgeoning, Avacyn, etc.) while others are meta-dependent ("Cavern of Souls choosing Angels." in my counter-heavy playgroup, etc.) This deck has a few goals, the biggest one being 'go tall.' Packed with mana ramp, the idea is to get Sigarda onto the field as fast as possible before loading her up with cheap auras and smashing her into people's faces for lethal. The auras are basically split into three categories: beefers, Trample/Protection, and totem armor/indestructible. Doublestrike, and enough damage is enough to one shot most opponents, and others will fear facing you before they can find a board-wipe.
Also, F$#@ artifacts, all my homies hate artifacts.
