    Description

Too much to say about this kind of deck, take your time to discovering it :

    Pro :
+ Good at rushing with wizards early game
+ Very good mechanics and lot of possibilities
+ Fun when dominating and having a lucky draw
    + Cheap unless late game
+ Possible to switch some spells to change the game

    Con :
    - Hard to master
    - Hard to manage certain threats (Green games), White are plague too in EDH.
    - Sometimes got mana problem like all EDH (use mana fixers to solve that)

    **********************************************************************

    Deck got 2 Phases :

Step one_ : try to set up mana quickly using some artifacts and lands (with Terrain Generator, Mind Stone, Darksteel Ingot, Sol Ring, Doubling Cube, etc... ) and draw spells to increase speed early game; you don't need to focus to much on board, but try to not blocking too much 'cause you need wizards on your side to developing your game.

Step two_ : use a lot of combos after turn 4, try to get out your commander as soon as possible to boost all your surviving wizards. Think to draw, attacking and using abilities many times to get initiative and increase pressure on ennemy, such as counterspells. Spells cost are cheap, but effects are not very efficient after turn 5, so you have to choose wisely where and when you need its… After try to set up finishers to finaly end the game.

Use Dreamscape artist to improve your mana pool, if you need it (not a wizard carefull).

Use Perplexing Chimeria to get the control of Wrath incoming turn 4+....If opponent got many, try to add more true counterspell like Cancel, Negate, Unwind, Syncopate, Etc...

Jaded Response is very good in this deck to counter for 1U, against other blues, control or not...

Key to Victory is using rightly Cloudstone Curio + Mages each turn to get back your wizards again and again from hand and triggering their abilities (and save them from anti-creature like that)...

Possible combos late game, if you have enough mana :

Frost Titan + Cloudstone Curio + Trickery Charm (take second option to turn giant into wizard) + incoming other wizard = you can tap 2 creatures in one turn.

Naru Meha, Master Wizard + Sphinx of the final Word = Double uncounterable Sorceries and Instants

Minamo, School at Water's Edge + Barrin, Master Wizard = a lot of wizards (or kickers) returns possible…

Tempest Caller + Cloudstone Curio + Harbinger of the Tides (+ Unsummon or Disperse) = Tap all creatures + creatures return

    **********************************************************************

Deck is casual and fun, and not optimizing for competition…
