To Emrakful on T3:
Hand needs to contain: 1 Shelldock Isle, 1 Other land (can draw this T2 or T3), 1 Shadowborn Apostle, 1 Surgical Extraction, and be on the Draw
T1: Draw and pass, when moving to discard, discard a Shadowborn Apostle and Surgical Extraction the rest out of the deck, leaving at most 23 cards
T2: Draw (22 cards in deck at most), play Shelldock Isle, hideaway an Emrakul (21 cards in deck).
T3: Draw (20 cards), play a land, Activate Sheldock, play Emrakful.
Since there are so few cards left, your odds of drawing another Sheldock into Emrakul is very high (about 20% per draw), so even if they get rid of your Emrakul, you can get another out.
Clearly, this is pretty all in. You could make it considerably more consistent with Thought Scour, Collective Brutality (as another way to discard Apostle), Lost Legacy (to pull out Shadowborn and draw cards for each one removed), and a couple more land (mostly fetches to thin).
