Mill through combat!

I have a lot of mill decks, they all tend to mill through combo. Thus I wanted to build a deck that focused on milling through combat.

So I'm taking a more active role in my MTG playgroups' "leadership". By that, I mean that there is a bit of a changing of the old guard. The ones who founded and managed the playgroup's meta are taking a backseat, while some of the people who have been in the meta for a long time and are active in it are taking over. I am one of those people who are helping with that. Seeing as how I'll be helping manage the meta that my very large playgroup (around 30 members) keeps, I'll need what our group calls a "Gun". The thing about a "Gun" deck, is that it doesn't only need to be strong. It needs to break their spirit. I have built two decks beforehand that I would say are "Guns", Ambassador Mill & Hunter Tribal v2, Police the Meta Version, but the problem with those decks is that they win through infinitecombo. So yes they are strong, but they don't break people's will. You can easily treat a combo win as an ' ...oh well' moment and learn nothing from it. I need a deck that will shut them down and force them to think about what they are doing.

I am part of the people who help curate the newer/lower power level part of our meta. So this deck will be here to shut down those that try and ruin the lower power meta. Sometimes new people join our pods at the LGS and then try to play decks that really go against our playgroup's ideals/meta that we cultivated over a decade or pub stomp the newbies. That brings us back to this deck. Most people hate milling, and what hurts, even more, is when you mill the lands that you need because you keep missing land drops. So I'm trying to make this deck more efficient and brutal. More land hate and more ways to make Mirko Vosk effective.

I am removing the reanimation package. It was too at odds with what I wanted to be doing and my form of gravehate non-bowed with it. So I'm adding more card draw and general support. Burnished Hart was too slow, so I replaced it with a mana rock that will also draw me cards.
