This deck focus's on ramping early with Wild Growth and Overgrown Battlement. I kept the land pool low because we have a lot of land fixing with Gatecreeper Vine and Wild-Field Scarecrow, allowing a land to be dropped nearly every turn and can be used as fodder latter on for Feed the Pack. Decent card draw for green with Abzan Beastmaster and Wall of Blossoms. Silklash Spider is there to deal with fliers if necessary, if I included a sideboard I would probably put 2 more there. Jaddi Offshoot and Sheltering Word provide early life gain to sustain us until we can get out a Verdant Sun's Avatar and can simply play more defenders to stall us if we have not picked up an Assault Formation to make our defenders aggressive. Verdant Sun's Avatar also has nice synergy with Feed the Pack. A lot of the time you will be able to ramp up to play the Avatar beforehand so you can get a ton of lifegain. I excluded all of the 4 drops I was considering as usually you can ramp past 4 mana on turn 3. If you do happen to be right on the 4 mana dot, there are a lot of 2 CMC cards that you will want to double up on, either for card draw or for removing land from your deck in order to increase the chance of pulling a win condition. Wild Growth and Wall of Blossoms could be substituted to make it a Modern-friendly deck.
