Despite its name, this is a Theme deck and not a cEDH deck. (Nevermind the fact that Nahiri is definitely not a cEDH commander to being with)
That being said, the theme of the deck is speedrunning, so the idea is to go as fast as possible. For those unfamiliar with speedrunning, the goal is to complete an objective (usually finishing a video game) as fast as possible given the category, in this case Any%. This refers to using any means necessary to get to the ending as quickly as possible, usually by using glitches and bugs. We don't have those in mtg, so we'll settle for being as aggro as we can be and cheat a bunch of stuff into play. However, this is not a weenie deck either so there's plenty of solid creatures. There are no combos per se, just a lot of synergy. Cards in the sideboard are cards that I'd like to be able to get into the deck. The maybeboard is simply cards that I want to keep track of but didn't make the cut, or am still considering. Another personal goal for this deck is to have as many retro frames as possible. I've been playing since 1994 and the nostalgia is nice. I aimed for alternate arts as much as possible for cards with no retro frame. I also enjoy building theme decks because it allows me to brew off the beaten path of cookie cutter EDHREC lists.
With all that aside, what else would you expect to find in a dungeon run? Sub-themes for this deck are adventurers, dungeon residents, gear, and lots of loot. There is almost no interaction included, because who has time to stop a speedrun for that?
