A soft stax pillow fort style was a eureka moment for me. Norika’s ability functions upon attack, not damage, making recurring removal and wipes all the more effective.
Cards like [[Planar Collapse]] and [[Porphyry Nodes]] steal the show, we got cheap removal recursion in [[Soul Snare]] [[Reprobation]] [[Planar Disruption]], and [[Aura of Silence]] [[Seal of Cleansing]] does overtime keeping pesky rocks or affinity or opposing enchantments from landing or sticking around for long.
To protect our enchanting poet, we run every source of indestructible we can get our hands on- From [[Shielded by Faith]] to [[Hyena Umbra]], including pseudo-indestructible sources like [[Gift of Immortality]] [[Angelic Renewal]] and [[Promise of Tomorrow]]
We’ve got our enchantment fetch package with [[Enlightened Tutor]] [[Idyllic Tutor]] [[Open the Armory]] [[Heliod’s Pilgrim]] and [[Moon-Blessed Cleric]]
Tons of draw cards, but I especially enjoy [[Four Knocks]] and [[Dawn of a New Age]] - feels like I'm getting a [[Phyrexian Arena]] but gaining life instead
Then there’s the (s)taxes. [[Land Tax]] [[Sphere of Safety]] [[Soul Tithe]] [[Minimus Containment]] [[Silent Arbiter]] [[Blind Obedience]] -- keeping in mind our removal acts like stacks since we get to play them over and over.
Enchantresses, utility, and a few win cons [[Myth Realized]] [[Sigil of the Empty Throne]] [[Luminarch Ascension]] and 'Wandering' planeswalkers round it out.
Typically we can get the win from a soft lock from value/stacks on Norika and just swing for a little damage at a time- very much a tempo oriented deck. No sol ring or other rocks included, Norika just wants to hit consistent lands for turn. Intentionally did not include [[Limited Resources]] [[Stony Silence]] nor [[Solitary Confinement]] to avoid people thinking the deck was too mean/boring/whatever, although they would for sure round out the deck.
