Let's start by getting some simple flicker tricks out of the way.

Scenario One (Full Control):
Have Drowned Secrets on the board.
Play Release to the Wind
Respond to Release to the Wind with Naru Meha, Master Wizard (from hand), when it enters the battlefield, copy Release to the Wind, and target Naru Meha.
Respond to Release to the Wind with Naru Meha, Master Wizard (from exile), when it enters the battlefield, copy Release to the Wind, and target Naru Meha.
Respond to Release to the Wind with Naru Meha, Master Wizard (from exile), when it enters the battlefield, copy Relase to the Wind, and target Naru Meha.
...
Opponent doesn't have any deck.
End Turn.
You Win.

Scenario Two (Full Control):
Attack with Etrata, the Silencer
When Etrata, the Silencer's triggered abillity goes on the stack (after it has targeted), play Siren's Ruse in response,
A new instance of Etrata, the Silencer.
The triggered abillity happens, exiling the targeted creature, and puts a hit counter on it, then attempts to Shuffle Etrata, the Silencer into the deck, but fails.

Scenario Three:
You can use Siren's Ruse to give Djinn of Wishes 3 new wish counters on it. (that's a simple one, but seriously, who thinks of that?)

Best Case Scenario (Full Control):
Turn 1 - Land.
Turn 2 - Land; Dowsing Dagger.
Turn 3 - Land; Thief of Sanity.
Turn 4 - Equip Dowsing Dagger to Thief of Sanity. Then Attack.
Opponent's Turn - Naru Meha, Master Wizard (you have 5 mana available, so it's fine.)
Turn 5 - Land; Drowned Secrets; Release to the Wind targeting Naru Meha, Master Wizard.
Respond to Release to the Wind with Siren's Ruse targeting Naru Meha, Master Wizard.
When Naru Meha, Master Wizard enters the battlefield, copy Release to the Wind, targeting Naru Meha, Master Wizard.
Respond to original Release to the Wind with Naru Meha, Master Wizard (from exile).
When Naru Meha, Master Wizard enters the battlefield, copy Release to the Wind, targeting Naru Meha, Master Wizard.
Respond to original Release to the Wind with Naru Meha, Master Wizard (from exile).
When Naru Meha, Master Wizard enters the battlefield, copy Release to the Wind, targeting Naru Meha, Master Wizard.
Respond to original Release to the Wind with Naru Meha, Master Wizard (from exile).
...
Opponent doesn't have any cards left in their deck.
End Turn.
You Win.

I'm getting tired of typing Four:

  1. Precognition Field
  2. Djinn of Wishes.
  3. Nothing.
Opponent's turn, use Djinn of Wishes abillity to cast Sleep of the top of your deck.
    Opponent gives up on life.
    You win by default.

If they don't concede:

  1. Etrata, and wait until your next turn.
  2. Mission Briefing -> Sleep;
    Opponent gives up on life.
    You win by default.
