Shrines are an interesting jank enchantment deck I've been looking to build for a while.
The essential game plan is to find your 6 different shrines, either by playing them out or tutoring from Sanctum of All. the other cards run are utility cards to support this. Since the number of creatures run in the deck is low we can mainboard mass removal easily without impacting our own board. Targeted removal doesn't really need any explanation, its there to remove priority targets saving mass removal for bigger board states. Bonecrusher Giant // Stomp is also here to act as a blocker once he has been on an adventure.
Thirst for Meaning is an amazing draw spell for this deck, since it draws us 3 and then we can pitch a shrine to its additional cost, either a duplicate we don't need or a shrine we can retrieve with Sanctum of All.
Calix, Destiny's Hand is a card that provides both card draw and removal, since we can +1 to find any of our enchantments and also -3 to remove a target from the board under one of our shrines.
Destiny spinner is a card that will find use not so much against counter magic (which it does help against) but rather providing blockers by animatic our lands in desperate times, or to help swing for that last bit of damage. in addition it itself is an enchantment so can be used to pay for Thirst for Meaning or tutored with Calix, Destiny's Hand.
Cultivate is there to help fix our manabase since we are in all of the colours, whilst also later finding us fodder for Sanctum of Shattered Heights ability.

The sideboard is a mixture of good stuff against various decks. Agonising Remorse and Duress for control and removal heavy matchups. Cinderclasm for aggro matchups. Additional Extinction Event and Shatter the Sky for creature heavy strategies. Heliod's Intervention for artifact decks looking to run things like The Ozolith, Stonecoil Serpent, The Great Henge and Embercleave. I have chosen this over something like Shredded Sails due to our wanting of double white mana anyway for Shatter the Sky, and also to help pad life totals if necessary. Shark Typhoon will find play in grindier matchups, especially since it can be tutored for with calix. Soul-Guide Lantern is in for any escape decks that need answering, mostly Kroxa midrange strategies.
