An Izzet deck aiming to play the zero CMC suspend spells without the deck restriction of a cascade deck.
As an alternative to playing a cascade deck to hit the suspend spells, this deck utilises cards that allow you to play them for free from your hand; Electrodominance, or from your grave; Dreadhorde Arcanist, Arcane Proxy.
To facilitate the use of Dreadhorde Arcanist 1 CMC spells are utilised to filter through cards so as to manipulate the top of the deck as well as the graveyard; Otherworldly Gaze, Consider; as well as to control board states and deal damage; Lightning Bolt. In addition a small delirium package is enabled through the use of Dragon's Rage Channeler and Mishra's Bauble, since the graveyard tends to fill up with a variety of card types whilst the deck is being played.

The payoffs for this deck come in the form of three suspend spells;
Crashing Footfalls - Creates 2 4/4 Rhinos. This card is the main way of creating a board state and threatening life totals.
Inevitable Betrayal - Many decks in modern are running scary creatures in their boards. So why don't we just play them instead. Grab yourself that tasty Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines that Elementals have been raving about.
Narset, Parter of Veils and Wheel of Fate - Narset can help the deck dig to find good non creature spells, and if we have her out with a wheel effect we can strip our opponents hand whilst also gaining a large card advantage.

Fun stuff
Electrodominance allows us to hold up any of the suspend spells at instant speed as long as we have 2 red mana. Any additional mana and it can be played as a damaging spell as well as casting us our suspend spells.

Sideboard - Current sideboard is in flux as have had very few games to test it out
Alpine moon - For those decks playing Urza's Saga or Tron
Pithing Needle - Tron, Urza's saga, decks like Time Sieve food combo that require activation of abilities to work
Shattering Spree - To defeat any dastardly Chalice of the voids people may play. With replicate you can kick it to make copies that are uncounterable by the chalice of the void on 1. Also for use vs any artifact based grave hate.
Spell Pierce - Either to stop other degenerate stuff like those filthy cascade players (joke) with their free suspend spells or those evil counterspells. I suppose vs burn its not the worst either.
Surgical Extraction - Grave Hate that is repeatable by all of the recur effects in the deck. Helps vs combo decks and grave based strategies
Unholy Heat - For those decks with chunkier bodies.
You Come to a River - Currently being tested over stern dismissal. Allows for a selection between nonland bounce spell, and a small buff and unblockable. Unsure on how relevant this second option will be but can allow Dreadhorde Arcanist to recast an Electrodominance from the grave. the nonland bounce is important for removing cards like Leyline of the Void, or for bouncing cards that increment value such as Murktide Regent.
