To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

This deck tries to win through assembling a flavor of the Curious Niv Combo. (Niv-Mizzet + Curiosity: Draw a card, do a damage, draw a card, do a damage, etc.) In order to do so, it runs a host of interaction through counterspells and removal to keep the board clear until you feel the coast is clear. This deck is inherently a Fun-Police deck, meant to be played against combo decks, as the massive amount of disruption keeps opponents from assembling their combos while you build up to yours.
In the event that Niv can't maintain a presence, there are several backup cards that deal damage based on spell cast or card draws, and lots of wheels to skyrocket the draw count, or disrupt your opponents hands. This is all funded with a pile of cost reduction and mana acceleration, to make sure you are being more mana efficient than your opponents.
Also included are two mini-combos. Dramatic Scepter (Isochon Scepter with Dramatic Reversal exiled) produces infinite mana with 3 mana worth of rocks. Enter Omniscience (Enter the Infinite with Omniscience on the field) allows you to draw and cast your entire deck. Another painful interaction is to cast a wheel with Narset on the field, as your opponents will only be allowed to draw one card while you refill.
