To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Monored control (decklist needs updating)
Spend the first few turns ramping and dropping artifacts (Sol ring, boots, altars) and get Krenko out quick ASAP. Your priorities are protection and haste followed by duplication effects and sac outlets.
Blood Moon and Magus are great for slowing down multicolor decks. Most people run with about half non-basic lands so they end up not getting those two swamps for Phyrexian Arena or any two color specific cost cards for a long long time (counters!). I've won more games with Blood Moon than almost any other card (besides Krenko). Also, with goblin king you can attack on through.
Goblin Matron and Goblin Recruiter (and Gamble) are for grabbing Goblin Chirurgeon and Skirk Prospector or grabbing Krenko if he gets tucked.
Fork/Reiterate/Wild Ricochet type cards are good for snagging extra turns, taking some early ramp with tutors, or countering counters.
Mark of Mutiny/Act of Treason/Traitorous Blood are great for taking opponents' creatures for abilities (and sacing them to Ashnod's Altar/Phyrexian Altar) but their primary use is to untap Krenko and keep pumping out goblins. With Krenko+4 goblins (easily doable by turn 5), one of these cards, and a single doubling engine (Rings of Brighthearth, Thousand-Year Elixir, Illusionist's Bracers), you end up with 20 goblins which you can sac to Goblin Prospector or an Altar for more mana or Skullclamp for cards.
