Step 1 - Create Super Land
Use tutors to get Lotus Field and Market Festival. This land now taps for 5 mana.

Step 2 - Find sacrifice outlet
Use tutors to find Drowned Rusalka or other similar Rusalka.

Step 3.1 - Create infinite mana by Sacrificing
Sacrifice Derevi, Empyrial Tactician and activate her ability to bring her back. Her ETB will untap the super land, and you can sacrifice her again. Technically you need the super land to tap for 6 or more mana to go infinite with the Starved Rusalka, but you can get help from Naban, Dean of Iteration or Ley Weaver to get there (or use Spawning Pit)

Step 3.2 - Create infinite mana by Untapping
If you are lucky to have Kiora's Follower from turn 2 or even Ley Weaver in turn 4, you can tutor for Crab Umbra for infinite mana as well.

Step 4 - Make your opponents draw their entire library
Dump the infinite mana into Lore Weaver or Blue Sun's Zenith. If they respond to Lore Weaver's activated ability to try to stop you, just respond their response by activating Lore Weaver again since you have infinite mana.
